My 2010/2011 Television Schedule

Yeah.  It's going to be Hellacious once again.

I'm sure there are a few shows that I missed.  I know In Plain Sight, Rizzoli & Isles, and Covert Affairs all got renewed, but I haven't heard anything about the scheduling for the new seasons.

10pm        AMC           The Walking Dead (10/31)

MONDAY:
9pm          NBC            The Event (9/20)
10pm        ABC            Castle (9/20)

10pm        CBS               Blue Bloods (9/24)
10pm        NBC              Outlaw

*I predict at least three of these shows will fall off of my schedule by November.  Anyone want to guess which ones?

*This schedule does not include the Red Wings game schedule.

*Leverage's mid-season Finale is September 5th, but the Gang will be back in December (I believe) with 3 final episodes.

*White Collar finishes up September 7th.  Per Wikipedia:  The nine-episode summer season will run through September 7, 2010 finish with a seven-episode winter season beginning in January 2011.

*Burn Notice will return on November 11th with one more episode.  That's just...really lame.

*James Marsters is going to be in a new series on Siffy.  Three Inches (heh heh) starts filming on Monday, August 30th.

*Remember the reboot of The Rockford Files that was in the works, starring Dermot Mulroney?  NBC shot the Pilot, but decided Dermot sucked (poor dude), so he's out.  Buuuut, NBC allegedly still likes the idea of tRF.  Josh Holloway's name has been bandied about as a possible replacement.

*Wasn't Christian Slater supposed to get another series?  I can't find any recent news about this.

Okie dokie.  I think that's it...for now!

Thursday and Friday are going to be tough.

I had no interest in Nikita (I've never seen either the movie or the show) until I started seeing ads for it. I'm not sure I like that actress, though.

I'm telling you right now, I'm watching Hawaii Five-0 for Scott Caan. Alex is allllllll yours.

Yeah, Thursdays are STILL made of Hell!!!!!

That chick that plays Nikita was in Die Hard 4. She was Timmy's girlfriend. She was okay, but we'll see how this goes. I like the original Nikita series a lot.

Mmmmmm...Alex!!!

So that's where I'd seen her before!

I confess, I do want to force feed her a Big Mac or something.

IKR?! She is way too damn skinny! I'm gonna have a hard time believing she can break somebody's neck without help.

Wow, I need to do this! I haven't even really thought about it yet, but shows start next week! Last year I was so out of control, I think I watched something like 30 shows! Thursdays were the worst.

Of the new shows, so far I know I'm watching Hellcats (Go Tommy!), Hawaii Five-0, and No Ordinary Family. Maybe JJ Abrams' new show, Undercovers. Maybe Blue Bloods. Tom Selleck! And I kind of fell in love with Donnie Wahlberg when he was on R&I. Beyond that, I guess I'll wait to see what gets good buzz.

Of the returning shows on your list, I'll be watching Castle, TVD, Bones, Fringe, The Mentalist (see? Thursdays are crazy!), Human Target, and of course Supernatural.

I love Rizzoli & Isles and Covert Affairs! So glad they'll be back. Any idea when Justified returns? And I would so watch Josh Holloway in a Rockford remake. He would be PERFECT.

You just can't go wrong with Tom Selleck!!!! Plus, I loved Donnie in Boomtown. Such a great, under-rated show.

Justified: I haven't heard anything concrete, but rumor has pegged January as when it returns.

My how organized of you Rap! ;-)

I'm scared to see what my conflicts will be. I'll be checking out Hawaii 5-O for Scott Caan and Nikita for Shane West. The Event sounds very intriguing. What the heck is "Terriers"? I've never heard of that one!

The Event is one of the ones I'm not sure about. It reminds me of FlashForward (the way the ads keep referencing The Event, like FF would The Blackout, yanno?).

Terriers is a comedy about 2 buddies who become unlicensed PIs. Donal Logue is in it & I adore him, so Imma give this one a shot.

Yeah...I'm a little concerned that the hype won't live up to the show like with FlashFoward.

Donal Logue is amusing...might have to check it out!

For the record, I claimed Scott Caan first. :-p

When did you claim him? I've got a stake on him from 2001 when he was in "American Outlaws".
