Red Wings news and notes:

*The first of the Black Aces gets put in play tonight as Justin Abdelkader is in the lineup, replacing Jason WIlliams (healthy scratch). 

*Abby registered 152 hits in the 50 games he played for the Wings earlier this season.  After the Yotes nailed us 43 - 20 in hits on Wednesday, we could definitely use his physicality on the ice.  Heads up, Doan.  Asshat.

*Even after only playing half a season on the Wings roster this season, Abby still ranks 3rd on the team in hits.  Only Stuey (206) and "Danger" Helm (188) have more.

*Abby also has 10 Playoff games under his belt.  He scored 2 goals and had an assist during last year's Cup run.  Tonight, he is expected to the center the fourth line with Drapes and MillerTime.  

*We need to be as physical as the Yotes are.  I know that's not our style of play, but this is The Playoffs, dammit!  HIT THOSE FUCKERS!
